cl-roscpp-msgs software package provides Header for roscpp messages, LISP, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cl-roscpp-msgs
cl-roscpp-msgs is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cl-roscpp-msgs package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cl-roscpp-msgs *
You will get with cl-roscpp-msgs package name, version, architecture and description in a table
